At Molly Brown London, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry; if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless found to be faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry back into its original Molly Brown London gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked postal service to send your package back to our London studio for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team has verified the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
